Victoria has over 10 years of experience in the individual sale and purchase of properties and handling large development projects.

Whilst her primary area of practice is in the Corporate and Conveyancing Department. She also deals with International Wills; she has a keen interest and experience in the incorporation of Trusts, Registration of Trustees under the Perpetual Succession Act and attending to changes in the resignation and appointment of new Trustees; Banking Law where she handles matters pertaining to the perfection of Security documents for client Banks;  Company Law matters including Incorporation of Companies, drawing of Board Resolutions, appointment and resignations of Directors and Company Secretaries, Share Transfers and allotments, filing of Returns, striking out and winding up of Companies

She is an Associate Advocate and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2012. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public
