What to Expect

In this transformative session, we utilize the “Lifestyle way” techniques and Timeline Therapy® to identify and remove limitations while resolving any internal conflicts. By aligning your conscious and unconscious values, we aim to propel you towards your goals and aspirations.

How It Works

The process typically involves 5-10 hours of face-to-face sessions, spread over 5 to 6 weeks. While the duration may vary based on your needs, we prefer weekly meetings. Between sessions, you may be assigned tasks to deepen your understanding and facilitate breakthrough changes.

Session Structure

Initial Session: Complete a detailed Personal History to explore the complexity of your issue.

Subsequent Sessions: Focusing on interrupting the pattern of the problem, providing new strategies, and setting sustainable goals.

Duration and Frequency: The number of sessions vary, depending on what your outcomes are. Some issues can be resolved in as little as two sessions, depending on how well you communicate with your Coach. Follow-ups are available as needed.
